2 - Accuracy of Content We have taken every care to ensure the accuracy of the content of this web site. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for items inaccurately described. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, some items may differ slightly in size, shape or colour from their photographs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Batty Loo Loo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. 3 - Payment Orders made on this web site must be paid for using either PayPal or by Cheque. The currency of purchase will always be UK Pounds Stirling (GBP). Any orders paid for by Cheque will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared. All items remain the property of Batty Loo Loo until payment has been made.
4 - Delivery We will endeavour to provide any ordered items within 7 working days of the order to UK Mainland addresses. Delivery to non-mainland and non-UK addresses may take longer. Delivery is made wherever possible by Royal Mail Recorded First Class service. A signature will be required on delivery. Large orders may be sent via alternative means, such as Royal Mail Standard Parcel service or Courier.
5 - Availability All items are subject to availability. Where an order is likely to take longer than 7 working days, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance or discuss alternative items or cancellation.
6 - Your Right to Cancel You should check your items within a reasonable time following delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of your order provided you notify us in writing of your intent to cancel and return the item(s) to us at your own cost and risk, in the same condition as you received them. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of delivery, we will assume your order is satisfactory.
